Terms of Service for hoogetech FREE web hosting;
-hoogetech, while proven quite reliable, cannot
be held accountable for any loss, tangible or otherwise, that could be
caused by using our services. Services are provided on an "as-is"
basis and make no guarantees.
-No sites will be allowed that include any of
the following; pornographic or material deemed offensive, adult-only in
nature, or illegal, warez or illegal software/content distribution of any
kind {this includes mp3s that are not created by you}, or sites that are
in direct violation of law in the United States.
-While hoogetech will try best to provide
resources to accomodate sites, We withold the right to terminate a site at
any reason with or without any prior notification. Violations of
this TOS, improper resource usage, or a number of other reasons could
cause this. No sites are deleted without proper cause.
-While hoogetech does
perform weekly backups, we are not responsible for
data loss. You and you alone hold this responsibility.
-Proxy websites are allowed under very specific
circumstances, including but not limited to resource usage.
-In order to show
that you actually read the Terms of Service, include a good quote from
a website like QuoteDB.com or attach a funny photograph.
-IRC bots, CGI-based
message boards [Ikonboard was so 1998], and resource intensive script is
not allowed. Paid scripts, such as Invision Board and vBulletin are
allowed ONLY IF you can prove you own the license to run the script.
-By applying to this
service and using said services, you are agreeing to all the terms listed
here, which can be changed at any time without notification, for the rest
of your life until death gets to you or your account is closed. |
